Refund Policy

Overview

Tryonr offers digital AI services including virtual try-on, AI video generation, and AI image creation. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited to specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Subscription Plans (Starter / Creator / Pro)

• Within 3 days of your first subscription purchase: eligible for a full refund, provided you have used no more than 30% of the credits included in your plan.
• After 3 days from purchase: non-refundable.
• Renewal payments (second month onward): non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)

• Credit packages (Starter, Creator, Pro, and Max): non-refundable once purchased. Current prices are displayed at checkout.

Credit Usage Threshold

For subscription purchases, if you have used more than 30% of the credits included in the plan, that subscription payment is non-refundable regardless of the time elapsed. Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased.

AI Tool-Specific Services

Successful AI generations consume credits permanently. Failed generations may receive an automatic credit refund. Cash refunds are reviewed at the purchase level under the eligibility rules above, not per individual generation.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@tryonr.com within the eligible period. Include:

1. Your registered email address
2. Order or transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email)
3. Reason for refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals after the current billing period. Remaining credits may be used until their stated expiration date; cancellation does not extend their validity or trigger an automatic refund.

EU/EEA Consumers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content and services that begin immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and consent that:

1. The service begins immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
2. By using the service, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
3. You were informed of this waiver before completing your purchase.

If you have not used any credits, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting support@tryonr.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Tryonr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
